HISTORY:

Between 1982 and 1993 I worked with brain and behavior pioneer T.D.A. Lingo at the Dormant Brain Research and Development Laboratory near Blackhawk, Colorado. Lingo had decided to begin his own long term research project to determine how the human brain works- what causes intellectual and spiritual "transcendence" and conversely the psychology of why people insist on going to war (and perhaps how to change that). He was a soldier in Europe during World War II, and afterwards had gone to the University of Chicago and worked on his PhD. in brain and behavior science.

The Dormant Brain Research and Development Laboratory, so named after the vast unused infinite potential of the human brain, was begun in 1957 on 250 acres of quiet and secluded wilderness mountain land at 10,000 feet altitude, 40 miles west of Denver, Colorado. Lingo and his associates built the buildings and facilities by hand out of the natural forest materials. He remained living and studying there for 35 years, along with hundreds of students, visitors, and co-workers until his death in 1994.

He left behind a vast number of writings, research reports, and books which spell out methods he discovered, invented, and subsequently tested on over 309 test subjects over a 35 year period. The goal was to find means by which any person can easily turn on their own "super intelligence, genius creativity, and pre-existing brain pleasure circuits".

Between 1985 and 1993, I was his primary link and assistant to the "civilized" world. By this time Lingo then spent 99.9% of his time writing and thinking on "Laughing Coyote Mountain" (his nickname for the brain lab land). The final period was spent organizing outside brain study groups and focusing on getting the findings out to the public.

In 1989 I wrote my own book (with Lingo watching over my shoulder) which made the lab's research findings easy to understand and teach: The Frontal Lobes Transcendence Handbook. After nine additional years teaching persons how to turn on their frontal lobes, in June 1998 this book was updated, added to, improved and transformed into:

THE FRONTAL LOBES SUPERCHARGE.  

The book has remained in print without interruption for 22 years,

In March of 2011 is now being released in its 7th updated edition.
